Retail has been the highest growth area for MIES over the past two years. We have more than 270 stores nationwide for a variety of retail customers. MIES keep all those stores compliant with mechanical, electrical and fire compliance.
Leisure
The leisure industry has been at the forefront of MIES from the day of inception. We are very proud to have contracts with Parkwood, Center Parcs and Leisure Focus, to name a few. MIES carry out HVAC, Security, Fire, Electrical, mechanical and door/gate compliance on sites all over the country.
Most of our sites are on multi year agreements which allows us to support our customers with upgrade programs as well as cost efficiencies through planning for the future.
Block Management
We specialise in the efficient administration and oversight of residential properties, ensuring seamless operations for property owners.
Education
MIES work very closely with trusts and individual schools to assist them with planning and compliance on Fire, Security, Electrical, Mechanical ad HVAC.
MIES understand the demands placed on schools and trusts and has a team ready at every school holiday to work with the schools on planned projects. The whole company is DBS advanced verified to allow flexibility with engineers attending sites.
